You pay a fixed price for each home registered in your community, based on your chosen plan, plus VAT. There is no extra charge for managers or guards.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade when needed. The change takes effect in the next billing cycle.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. All plans are monthly, and you can cancel at any time.
